Cousins!

Luke got to spend some time with his cousins from Chicago, Annie and John!
He and Annie are really good friends.

She looks out for him and enjoys playing with him.

They also celebrated John's birthday. Look at that Spidey-Man cake!

Luke was wiped out from so much partying.

Luke is still in St. Louis right now,

Had to get a haircut before the trip, to beat the St. Louis heat.

We went to the Multnomah Country Fair and rode the rides, including a pony ride!

Then he went to St. Louis with Dad.

And here he is just landed at Lambert Airport.

St. Johns Parade

Last weekend was the St. Johns parade, right in our own neighborhood. It is a fun, quintessential Portland event. It was the first time Luke had really seen and appreciated a parade. He loved the firetrucks, cars, horses and marching bands.

Keeping the Trains Running on Time

Luke has a great train set in the basement of our house. I was actually really impressed with this layout that Matt made, so I had to take pictures. Luke has loved trains since he was only a few month old.
